As Vice President of Client Services and a Managing Partner, Genise LaCasse is responsible for back-office client services operations and the front-office client experience delivered through The Mile Marker FORMula™, SRG Financial Advisors’ proprietary process. Since 2000, Genise’s leadership has played a key role in client services, from onboarding and account setup to ongoing services that support the firm’s financial planning clients, helping ensure a smooth, responsive client experience.
Genise is an Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) Tax Preparer who serves SRG’s clients. With knowledge in both individual and business tax planning and preparation, she works closely with advisors and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proactive tax efficiency.
Genise holds a Series 65 license (non-solicitor) and is an Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) Tax Preparer. By combining technical tax knowledge with a commitment to personalized service, Genise helps clients feel confident and well-supported in all aspects of their financial lives.
Genise was born and raised in St. Louis and has been a Missouri girl her whole life. She married Bill in 1989, and they moved to Lake of the Ozarks, where they still live today. Away from the office, Genise’s focus is her family; she loves the outdoors, and her favorite pastime is researching genealogy.
