Director of Client Services/Managing Partner
Genise is responsible for following up on client requests. She is a registered tax preparer and assists with tax filing for all clients as well as tax planning throughout the year. She also holds her Investment Adviser Series 65 license. She keeps the front of the office running smoothly and ensures a warm, welcoming environment for clients as they engage with the team.
Tyler supports individuals and families at any stage of life including those close to retiring or who have retired. His areas of focus are income planning, wealth protection, asset preservation and growth, tax efficiency, and legacy planning. It is his goal to create and implement a comprehensive financial plan for you based on your individual situation.
Director of Insurance Services
Chris specializes in insurance planning strategies to meet the various needs of clients throughout their retirement journey. Insurance planning covers a wide scope ranging from long-term care protection to life insurance planning.
Director of Strategy and Technology
Dan leads the SRG Financial Advisors Omnichannel marketing and delivery program. This includes the selection, implementation, and operation of digital solutions like websites, video conferencing, and digital vaults for clients and office personnel, and the integration of these solutions with traditional channels like in-person meetings and print marketing. The goal is for clients, trusted advisors, and delivery partners to have the same high-quality experience across all communication or service delivery channels.
Nick’s goal is to develop a connection with his clients to learn how to construct the comprehensive financial plan best suited for each client’s unique situation. He works with individuals and families at all stages of life, and will regularly communicate to ensure implementation of the plan, as well as adapt the plan should life circumstances require change. The standard he holds himself to with each client is simple: Put the same thoughtful analysis and planning into a client’s situation as he would his own.
Director of Client Relations
Kiersten is responsible for assisting clients to schedule visits with our advisors and help with any administrative work or questions they may have. She makes sure that the advisors have a smooth and efficient onboarding process for the clients and provides any assistance they may need.
Director of Operations (Kansas City & Columbia Offices)
Maria provides operational support for our Kansas City and Columbia offices. From onboarding, to implementation and servicing, she oversees the execution of The Mile Marker FORMula for the advisors in these markets.
Cara is responsible for scheduling visits, assisting clients during the onboarding process including account technology, and providing administrative support. She handles all client events and marketing initiatives. She also ensures that the advisors have all the assistance necessary to create efficient, productive client interactions.
